This is pretty good but I think the #1 place people go wrong is diet when looking for a six pack. Cause you can workout and train all day long but if your eating 8000 calories worth of shit food then you wont even lose anything. I notice the biggest "visual" results when on a strict diet personally (and of course training).....which is when im cutting weight. Its a bit easy for me though, cause I have a very high metabolism
