Medium frame 5'11 and 185lbs? My guess is that if you pushed it you could hit 170lbs and your abs would definitely bulge out. Do you do any cardio? If you don't do any cardio at all and you aren't on a diet and you weigh 185 than you can definitely cut 10-15lbs. Try it out and you'll have the midsection that you want lol because just about anyone that is somewhat inactive and is eating a loose diet should be able to burn at least 10lbs minimum from that state regardless of metabolism. Just about everyone has 10lbs of water weight from the weight that they walk around at. You should try doing hardcore cardio just about everyday and do your abs just twice a week, trust me you'll have your abs.
