Also I have another question I will be starting school on the 25th of this month. My work schedule and school is a bitch can someone help me with a with a plan so I can go to the gym, study, and have my family life.

I wake up at 6:00 AM in the morning, because I have to get my duaghter ready to go to my moms house. I live about 35 minutes from UNLV, BUT 5 MINUTES FROM MY JOB. The thing is I'm going to be sleepy as hell because 6 or 5 1/2 hours of sleep isn't good to me and I don't want all this to messup my family life. I know someone has had a busy schedule like this before. How did yall do it? I t may seem easy because of the gap of time, but I'm in my major which means alot more school work. Plus I know my lazy ass girl will say I don't spend enuff time with them. So please help me yall

School
M-W 8:30 AM-10:15 AM
T-TH 8:30AM-12:45 PM

I have to keep my daughter on Fridays all day until work

Work M-F 3:00 -11:00 PM

so you got school from 8.30 - 10:15am and then a Gap till 3pm?....I'm assuming when you get outta school you might have to go back to moms house to pick up your kid right?

I can only suggest to you a couple things. 1 - Eat well and I mean eat really well. Are you Latino? You know we got the rice plentiful well make sure you got carbs in you throughout your day because your going to need it...Thats a long day and trying to be on a diet with a long day like that and lack of sleep DOES NOT MIX, I know because I've tried it and I felt like killing myself. I'm assuming you want to get that lifting in mainly to just keep your energy level up in your every day life.

Your only time to work out is going to be between school 10:15AM and 3:00PM. And I'm pretty sure you're going to be hungry as hell as you'd be awake from 6am to 10am.

Problem one is if you get home from school, you're going to want to chill out hense you're going to get sleepy/tired. Problem two if you eat a big meal straight out of school you definitely aren't going to want to work out.

Most realistic thing you can do is when you get out of school eat a very high calorie snack..something that boosts your energy (nuts, carbohydrate bar, peanut butter, hell even honey!... etc with some water or milk). You won't get that lazy feeling from eating a big meal and it will just spike your energy temporarily.

At this point you have to work out right away since you're already "out and about" getting out of school and you've eaten that small little energy snack. And get your ass into a gym asap.

After your work out eat a big meal carbs/protein mix. Carbs help your body take in protein as it makes you release insulin to drop blood sugar levels from your blood into your muscle tissue, which gets the protein where it has to go(your muscles). People like to take pure protein after their workout without the carbs, not realizing that they've depleted their carbohydrates during their workout and will feel like shit throughout the whole day because of it (plus you'd be going to work so you have to eat carbs regardless)

About your lack of a weight lifting partner situation. All through high school I had really good weight lifting partners, but when I got to college I was the only one. And a solution to this is just be nice to the guys at the gym, yeah there can be stuck up pricks at a gym but there are always a lot of guys that are awesome.

Get to know them just at the gym, ask them to spot you, ask them if they want you to spot them, ask them about their work out plan/what they eat etc stupid shit like that. Eventually most lifters will be glad to spot you and push you just as if they were your work out partner. But i guess this also depends on how busy your gym is, I lift at the gym at the university and its absolutely packed.

Finally when you come from work, go to sleep right away lol. Walk away from the TV and just go to sleep because that is a messed up schedule!

BTW with that schedule I'd only lift Monday Wednesday and Saturday....(don't even bother lifting on tues/thurs/fri)
