Re: How many situps can yall do?
I work my abs 6 days a week, v sit ups, leg raises, twisting sit ups, and side crunches 2 sets per exercise. i dont train to failure so that i can get in more reps for the next set normaly 50-80 per set. Im not boasting but once i tyred testing myself doing basic sit ups around 250 or so they just went numb and i kept going to about 800 sounds crazy i know but its funny what you can do with your mind but i regret doing it because in the morning it felt like i had been hit by a truck lol but i guess i have learnt from it not to over train.
