Benn is one of my favorite fighters. A few months back I received 27 fights of his in the mail, within hours, I watched them all. Awesome fighter, ridiculous punching power, speed and so much tenacity.
How does he do against the likes of Pavlik Abraham Sturm (Yeah, I know I had to throw him in there though.) Wright Taylor Calzaghe Kessler Mundine Andrade

Benn KO Pavlik
Benn KO Sturm Benn TKO Wright Benn TKO Taylor Calzaghe UD Benn Kessler UD Benn Benn KO Mundine Benn-Andrade would be a war, but Benn's superior power and handspeed would get the job done. Abraham certainly has the power to hurt Benn, but Abraham has never fought somebody with that kind of tenacity, quickness, and punching power. |

We saw against Soliman that he's troubled by high-activity and high-volume fighters and against Taylor, his guard showed vulnerabilities against bigger punchers. Now compare Taylor's power and Benn's - night and day. Marching forward isn't the best thing to do with Benn when you can't get his respect and can't avoid his punches completely. Benn would be hitting Wright on the arms, in the shoulders, everywhere and not only would it be wearing him down, it would be breaking through the high-guard, hurting him in the process. After about 9 or 10 rounds, I think the ref jumps in after Wright rises from the 2nd or 3rd knockdown against him. |

I think he loses to someone as versatile as Calzaghe, while stylistically the guys like Kessler, Sturm, and Wright would be hardest for him, but as has been said, Wright may be a bit too physically underwhelming for Benn.

I can see Benn starching Kessler or getting starched himself. Kessler leaves that right hand out there a bit too long sometimes. Benn catches him....BAM. Fight over.
