Currently 12(8)-0, he's scheduled to fight again in November. Won his title from the tough, tough John Simpson in Glasgow this year. Here's a chunk of that fight:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] This was a step up and he won it by a margin, looked good too. Nice jab, he can be a bit flashy, but the fundamentals are definitely there. Any opinions on this lad, how far he might go? |

Paul Appleby is a great prospect. Is a good action fighter with sound skills and decent handspeed.
Seems a nice guy aswell. I believe he sparred in the US awhile back at Freddie Roach's Gym and had some real quality sparring. He is definately on his way to big things and has the potential to develop into a very good World Champion. |

Looks very impressive. He needs to keep his left up more imo, but of course he's not polished yet and his style is all action. Quick hands though and a great prospect from the little I have seen
