I'm trying to be a fan bigtime, but I just dont see anything but him being a brawler. I dont think he will be on HBO for a while and will be back on Shobox The Next Generation. I like his style and what he does, but he will lose to Angulo
, Forrest, Martinez, Williams , and even a washed up Mosley/Mayorga Thoughts? |

I'll tell you one thing though, Kirkland is fun to root for. I love his style and I think I'd definitely say I enjoy watching him fight as a fan.

Yeh I said the same thing after his previous fight in his hometown. Kirkland loses to a handful of JMWs at this point. I don't get it either.....Wolfe has him seriously working on his stamina and it just doesn't show....he looks like he's gassed after 5 or 6 rounds usually,,,just doesn't make sense. I think Angulo/Kirkland would be a great fight while it lasted. I'd take Angulo by mid/late stoppage even though I think Angulos a bit overrated right now

Don kIng has got in the middle of it. He is demanding Berto be stripped or fight Collazo. But he should fight Collazo right now. HBO wants the fight to be made and it will be regular HBO I believe

Santos against Pavlik or Abraham would be great. I just want to see the guy back in the ring, even if he can't secure a fight at 154. I was at his fight last October against Rivera, and even though Rivera is a pretty limited fighter, Santos impressed the hell out of me with his speed, boxing skills, movement, and power. He very well might be the best at 154.
