It is not as exciting because its no true villian. In alot of ways Mayweather made 24/7 what it is, he just plays such a good bad guy/heel he seems to loves it too. On a related note Haye/Toney 24/7 would be great but both seem to be the bad guy.

Not Bad but it's like Oscar censored some of the stories. Where's the sparring session with Ortiz & Valero? Where's the black eye stories? Where's Pac knocking down AAron Robinson? Where the Psycho Nuthugger that suing Roach? There's more stories out there, if i'm the director all that stuff will be there.

I didnt like it either. It was pretty boring imo minus a few parts. The first one was killer though, and I hope next weekends is that good. Two things: anyone know why theres bad blood between Roach and Nacho? I think it would have been great if they could have expanded on that at least a little bit. And did anyone else catch that it looked like Khan got knocked down right as they cut away? If you didnt see it watch closely. He might not have went down but it sure looked like his knee was going down

There was an incident, where Nacho and Roach met, where Roach placed his arm around Nacho's shoulder, and Nacho said in Spanish: Does this guy wanna fuck me? Roach later on got it translated, and that's why he is upset and calling Nacho an asshole. Roach is the only one building tension, and the "bad blood" between the two camps is mostly Roach playing the heel, I think. If this 24/7 had fokused on the trainers and their thoughts and feelings, it would've been a better show. I actually miss the Mayweathers

You need to have a bad guy/good guy - or two guys who's personalities are so different that both can be the good guy/bad guy at the same time - while transcending opinion. Hopkins/Calzaghe 24/7 would be great - there is actual needle between the two of them, and the smack talking would make for great entertainment. With Calzaghe\Jones - they liked each other too much, and there was no room for needle between them - so it wasnt as interesting - a 24/7 is supposed to bring two fighters lives into the public - and create public momentum for a big big fight. it's supposed to be unrestricted access into everything - that's the point, mayweather for the most part allows it, and is a great great personality (NOT HIS REAL PERSONALITY) for the camera - and is happy to play the bad guy - as long as he feels people will give him his due at the end.
