Default Adjusted records

...according to your scorecards

For example, Oscar De La Hoya is 39-5 with 30 knockouts. If the decision went the right away according to my own scorecards, he would be...

38-6 (30) with losses to Sturm, Quartey, and Whitaker, but wins over Mosley in the rematch and Trinidad.

Whitaker immediately comes to mind. Take those two bullshit decisions and put wins on his resume.

I agree with you on DLH by the way.

But here's some others -

Jermain Taylor - 25-5. Losses to Hopkins x 2 and Wright.

Bernard Hopkins - 51-3^

Juan Manuel Marquez - 53 - 1. Wins over Pac x2, win over Norwood, a definite win over Chris John(highway robbery there).

Pernell Whitaker - 43-2. Win over DLH, win over Chavez, win over Ramirez.

Yes. I am a firm believer that he should have been undefeated going into the Trinidad fight.

Also Amsterdam, if you're checking old scorecards, do you remember your round by round scoring for the Hopkins-Taylor fights (especially the 2nd)?

I have scored the first fight 4 times. Once for Hopkins, once for Taylor, and 2 times a draw. Both times I scored the 2nd fight for Taylor. I scored Taylor-Wright a draw. All those fights were close and I can see an argument either way, though I think Taylor won the 2nd Hopkins fight.

Hopkins made it seem like he won during the interview for both fights. The truth is they were very close and could have gone any way. People need to start scoring early rounds imo.

I scored the first fight quite a few times and had Hopkins winning very closely most of the time, and a draw once or twice. I agree with you about the second fight.. Taylor definitely deserved the decision in that one IMO. The Wright fight was a pretty clear win for Winky though.

I see it as Wright landing more and Taylor landing harder shots.

A draw was a great call for Winky vs Taylor. It was also his fault for taking of the last round. The funny thing was Taylor was beating him in the middle of the ring. Then Wright was whooping him against the ropes. IMO it should have been the other way around

Out of curiosity, how did you guys see Quartey-De La Hoya? I've scored this on numerous occasions, and haven't once ended up with a scorecard in favor of De La Hoya. The most common score I've compiled is 7-4-1 for Quartey (115-113).

I had Quartey winning by a point.
