crap fight for mijares, we all know whats gonna happen. He should fight montiel, i know we all favor mijares but its what doing things that counts. its the same way we all favor cotto against margo

Yes, that Doug Tucker ought to have been stripped immediatley. There was no way that you could have scored even a close Navarro win, much less every round when he evidently was drilled badly in certain rounds. This is where athletic comissions should take action and people should realise there is only so much 'subjectivity' when scoring. Scoring is something like 70% objectivity and 30% subjectivity.
After the fight, Tucker said 'Navarro outworked him'. |

See thats where I disagree. I think the three belt system can work, I don't recognise any other belts. To me Montiel is a top challenger, a challenger Mijares will need to face to clear out his division. If, however, he beats Darchinyan first he'll already be undisputed, just facing his clear number one challenger in Montiel.
