I had it 5-5 with Casamayor leading the 11th round.

It was a nicely time punch, and JMM made his statement in the lightweight division with it.

I would like to see JMM/Campbell, but it prolly wont happen, JMM vs Ju.Diaz would be just as good.

Hahahhah.

It shows. I think Marquez was reasonably dominant, once he realised he had the speed to get in and out and once he made adjustments for the old man's left hand, which was poison.

Honestly bro, some of your score cards baffle me. Didn't you have Calzaghe-Hopkins 10-2 or something?

I actually enjoyed it, I know people looking for slugfests wouldn't, but a technical affair is highly entertaining, especially when a little cash is on the line.
I agree. Great fight, great.

I'd favour Diaz by a clear UD.
Agreed

Calzaghe 9-3 over Hopkins. This is a very accurate scorecard, 8-4 is also.

6-4 Marquez surprises you though? I had Casa winning rounds 1-3, had him winning the 9th and another was a toss up in between, so 5-5 is how I had it when watching it(although I am a big Casa fan so...), but I could have also seen 6-4 Marquez easily. I also wouldn't penalize somebody if they had it 7-3 Marquez.

But Casa was indeed winning the 11th, I was getting excited and then it was over.

It actually may be for the best in the end. JMM can make great match ups with Campbell and others.

Do you find it odd that I actually feel JMM has a great chance vs. Campbell, but a very slim chance vs. the strong whirlwind boulder Juan Diaz? I just find Campbell as 'crackable' and Diaz not, JMM's punches just aren't going to budge Diaz and Diaz does not relent. Could even see a Diaz accumulation stoppage.

Though I've been wrong plenty of times this year and surprises can happen.

He was impressive, I didn't expect the KO. Though I don't think Marquez can beat J. Diaz
